About Us
The Office of Special Funded Projects (OSFP) provides liaison and technical support to ensure that transportation structures on the State Highway System, which are designed by others, conform to Caltrans' policies, standards, and practices. We are a functional unit of Structure Design Services and Earthquake Engineering (SDSEE), which is part of the Division of Engineering Services.
