Ordering Project Plans and Specifications

Attention: Due to the high volume of requests for Bid packages there may be a 48 hour delay in receiving your package.

Please Note:

As of March 1, 2005, we will no longer use Master Accounts to process Bid and Non-bid package orders. As a result, we longer accept orders via the Internet. You can either fax or mail your request to the number and address listed on the Request for Bid Documents form.

 

Bid and Non-bid packages can be ordered from the Plans Counter by fax, mail or in person. Each package is described below:

Bid Package:

The Bid package contains a Bid Proposal book with the requirements for Bid submittal, Contract Special Provisions, a set of Project Plans, and an Information Handout, if applicable.

Each contractor will be issued only 1 Bid package.

Non-Bid Packages:

The Non-Bid Package consists of the Contract Special Provisions and a set of Project Plans. You may order as many sets as you need.

Please include Mail Station Number (MS#26) in the address whenever ordering bid, sub-bid packages and for any other inquiries, from the Plans Counter.

There is a nonrefundable charge on all Bid and Non-Bid packages. The price includes shipping charges for UPS overnight delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks or money orders.

We do not accept CASH or provide REFUNDS.
